Our Philosophy on Refunds
We created VisionSpark products because we genuinely believe in the value they deliver. But we also know that not every product is a perfect fit for every person, and that's okay. We'd rather you walk away happy — even if that means refunding your purchase — than have you feel stuck with something that didn't serve you. Your trust matters more to us than a single sale.
1. Our 30-Day Guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase to request a full refund. This applies to all of our digital products:
- From Zero to First Sale — Digital Product Starter System ($27)
- The Personal Reset System™ — 30-Day Transformation Program ($23)
- The VisionSpark Bundle ($45)
You do not need to explain your reason. Simply reach out and we'll make it right.
2. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward. Just follow these steps:

Include your order details
Please include the email address you used for your PayPal payment and your PayPal Transaction ID (found in your PayPal receipt email). This helps us locate your order quickly.
We process your refund
We'll confirm receipt of your request within 24-48 hours and issue your full refund to your original PayPal account within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a PayPal notification when the refund is complete.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
- We aim to acknowledge your refund request within 24-48 hours of receiving your email (business days).
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via PayPal back to your original payment method.
- Once we issue the refund, PayPal typically reflects it in your account immediately, though it may take 1-3 additional business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
- If you paid with a credit card through PayPal, the refund will appear on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card provider.
4. Exceptions and Abuse Prevention
We believe in treating every customer with respect and extending maximum goodwill. However, to protect the integrity of our business and our content creators, we reserve the right to decline a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
Download Abuse
If our records indicate that a product has been downloaded more than 3 times from the purchase delivery link, we may treat this as evidence of content sharing or redistribution, which constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service. In these cases, we reserve the right to deny the refund request. If you believe this determination has been made in error, please contact us and we will review your case.
Repeated Refund Requests
Customers who have previously received a refund on one product and request a refund on a subsequent purchase of another product from the same store may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are happy to discuss the situation and find a fair resolution.
Requests After 30 Days
Refund requests submitted more than 30 calendar days after the purchase date are outside our standard guarantee window. We understand exceptions can arise and will review late requests compassionately on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee approval.
5. Having Trouble with Your Download?
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to reach out if you're experiencing technical issues with downloading or accessing your product. Many issues can be resolved quickly:
- Check your spam/junk folder for the delivery email.
- Try a different browser or device to access the download link.
- Ensure you have a free PDF reader installed (Adobe Acrobat, Apple Preview, or any PDF app).
- Contact us at psyinsightsmj@gmail.com — we can resend your download link.
We genuinely want you to have a great experience with our products. Please give us the chance to help before requesting a refund.
6. Bundle Refunds
If you purchased the VisionSpark Bundle (both products together at $45), the 30-day guarantee applies to the bundle as a whole. If you would like a refund on the bundle, we will refund the full $45 bundle price.
